About the Role

Our Ops Analyst will join our small team to work directly with co-founder Taylor Thompson and principal Alice Pang to help test, launch, and grow startups. This role is focused on managing Purpose Built and our portfolio’s outbound and operations systems.

We have a distributed team and the candidate is not expected to move. This is a 6 month role, with an option to extend.

This is a part-time, contract role, paid $25-40 / hour.

About You

Purpose Built is looking for someone who is organized, curious, a quick learner, highly communicative, and excited about supporting founders and early stage companies.

Core Responsibilities

• Project manage sourcing for customer discovery through desk research, Apollo, and other methods – overseeing a full-time sourcing researcher
• Implement delivery of outbound process via outbound email, calling, and community based processes
• Manage usage and costs of all outbound tools (Google domains and workspaces, email validation tools, Squarespace domains, etc..)
• Project manage and run marketing and general operations for EIRs (including Airtable, Google Analytics, Reddit ads, and Social media, etc.)

Previous Experience Expected

• Growth or operations experience, preferably at a tech startup
• Evidence of detailed oriented and process management
